Started out at Windsor crossing this am around 9 and worked my way down to below the dam. If you think you are going to fish the main lake, bring an Ice Auger, there is no open ramp or water on the main lake....... As in the pics show, some of the other pics are from below the dam in the dead water, one is the last dock leaving the dead water and across from it, still 2-3" thick. however you can put in at the old city park ramp (in pic) and come up to the start of the dead water and fish that area, I have caught lots of crappie in this area in the past, so I may try this tomorrow....... or you could run down stream some but all the coves and slack water areas will be frozen.....it was still foggy 100' visibility down on truman at noon...... did stop by and picked up some rocky top tubes...... if you get out good luck, all roads are good to go..........
