Painted Aluminum Cleaner?

I purchased a used boat with white painted aluminum that has yellow water stains on the hull. I wanted to know what type of cleaner will clean the boat best without removing the paint? I was going to try something like purple power but wanted to ask first.

Anything like the oxy-clean stuff should work.

Simple Green would also be good. It does a great job cutting the oil and grease and, since it has bleach in it, it should work well on a white boat.
