Bow season about over and getting antsy about crappie season around Big Sandy. Will be on here off and on. Going down around March 20 until first weekend in May. Hope better than last year. Like to hear for other crappie fishermen. Thanks

I am planning a trip to Big sandy this spring. what is the best Mo. to be there? Please advise.

i like end of march or the first of april....long line trolling is the big thing on the lake...i always start my fishing around big sandy and work my way south

Looking forward to a return trip to Guntersville end of March then on to Ky Lake for April.

Guntersville lake is a good place to crappie fish and bass fish cant wait until Feb thats when the big slabs get going.:D good luck if ya ll stay close to scottsboro give me a yell maybe fish a little.

I'll be down on KY Lake last week of March first week of April. Never know when the best week is, all depends on how long Winter sticks around.
