    Default Plastic Box Caddy

Does anybody know where I can buy a plastic carrying rack that holds (4) 3700 series boxes. I bought some at Wal-Mart a couple of years ago and now I cannot find them anywhere. The ones I have are "Bait Box" brand and are black plastic frames with a convenient carrying handle that hold 4 clear 3700 series boxes. They have mounting holes so you can mount the frame on a horizontal or vertical surface and a latch that you can secure the boxes in the rack with when traveling. If anybody knows who sells these, please let me know. Thanks

A few years ago I bought carriers like you're describing at Walmart for under $10.00. Haven't seen them in a long time. They were made by Renegade and were called multi tackle carriers. I believe they were only the 11" box. The 14" box like the 3700 Plano can be found on Amazon under Plano Molding 974 Stowaway Organizer Rack. The smaller 11" box is Plano 964, and there is a tool box style called Stow and Go tool box Plano 1364-25. They're not $10 anymore.

I had a sales flyer from Cabelas before Christmas, and they had cloth bags for the Plano boxes on sale. I wanted to get a couple, but the shipping was too high for just a couple bags. They looked nice as you could just fold and stuff them away.

Might not work for you but I'll tell you what I use , and have had it for years. I found a 6 gallon milk crate and, with a piece of piano hinge, put a 1/2 " plywood top on it. Holds a bunch of boxes (6 I think) and gives you something to sit on too. Worked great for a back seat in a jon boat with a cheap plastic seat mounted on it.
