Hot Springs

Just sitting here fixing to go search for hotels in Hot Springs for this coming weekend. I like the Clarion just fine last time but before i booked it i saw several "Mom and Pop" places right on the water. I mean, you walked out of your room and down to the dock. Like i said, i like the Clarion just fine, but nothing makes me happier than sitting in a chair kicked back, relaxing while having what the North Carolina boys call medical alcohol. Any recommendations?

I would check out Country Inn Lake Resort - http://www.countryinnlakeresort.com/

They have off season rates and I have had quite a few clients stay there with only one complaint that I can recall and that was that there was a coffee maker in the room but they had to go to the office and pay a dollar for coffee.

It's on Hamilton but on 70 going towards Greeson so it would be hand for whichever lake we fish and right now it looks like it will be Greeson unless something changes before then.
