    Never saw anyone clean a Perch in 10 seconds like this! Will have to try it. Some of you may have seen this before, but in case you did not, it is worth posting here.

    Could not tell but it look like the rib bones were still intact. I like mine boneless filets.

    it kinda amuses me that it took him 2 minutes to show us how to clean a Perch in 10 seconds.:D

    he said he was doing it slow for the demonstration............but you'd have to be really good to do in 10 sec, probably could after you do a couple hundered or so

    Didn't he say after you cook it the meat peels right off the rib cage?

    Wonder if that technique works on crappie?
