    Default Powder Paint Spraying...

This does a beautiful job. Don't even clog the hook eye. I made a mess. This powder paint sticks to everything. I painted the paint booth pretty good, and me fingers good too. I got chartruce fingers now and me boogers are colorful too.ha..... I gotta figure out how to recover the powder paint that missed the "spot". Open for suggestions here.

CP You can recover the powder on the boogers with a thumb over one nose hole and and and well you know the rest hehe.

Sounds like you need to wear a mask..
Show up some pictures of the jigs you finished?
Also can you set up a vent that will pull the extra powder to it? and save it that way?
I may have to try out the new HVLP sprayer on some jigs. Paint a few hundred at one time. :D

Now didn't I tell you to wear a respirator?

Cp: Have you experimented with the spray gun any more? Just wondered if you tried any two tones, shading or strips.

    Default yep, but

My old compressor locked up. Got me a new pancake C-H from wal mart (50 bucks). Rigging it up now. A guy by the name of steve at luremaking.com is helping me set up a home made paint booth. He is sending pictures. This spraying is neat. Does a great job. I will get the hang of it sooner or later. Got a lot of free Tn orange paint to experiment with....ha
