    Default Jig spinning

I noticed that when I reel my jig up and when I first drop it, it seems to be spinning out of control. Never had this happen in open water fishing...what gives? the knot, the line twisted or what?

    Thanks for replys.

line twist or its the way your jig is. The jig could naturally twist on the drop

are you using a loop knot? or maybe your line needs replacing.
