2010 Fishing License?

I'm officially a Mo. resident now and would like to buy a 2010 license . I saw where the 2009 license is good until the end of Feb. , but can the 2010 license be purchased before then or do I have to buy a 2009 license until the end of Feb? In Tn. the new license doesn't become available until March 1st. I just wondered if it was the same here .
I have read the regs and it doesn't state when the new license becomes available , unless I overlooked it .
Being cooped up in this tiny apartment is getting to me.I have cabin fever so bad I need to get out and do some fishing , even if it means ice fishing if there is any safe ice.

RADAR,just buy a 2010 lic....should be available everywhere.ya got a Mo. DL yet,you will need that for the proof of residency...an elec. bill or something like that may be enough to prove residency.
Spend 2$ and get the heritage card also...little credit card type thing they they just swipe for all future purchases..saves time.

Thanks for the info , I just didn't know if they were available yet . I have an Mo. driver's license now .

If you get it now I don't think it will be good untill March 1st you probably need the 09 lic untill then

If you buy a 2010 permit now it is good! You won't have to buy a 2009.
