    Default A limit of keepers

I hit the ice today and got my limit of crappies (25) within 4 hours, all 10"- 12 1/2". I caught many smaller crappies, gills and a fat old channel cat (guess 4# range).I tried many jigs like little mic, jigging raps, ballsy's and others but the only thing I could get them to bite on was the tetr-totr with spikes.
:D Give a man a crappie you feed him for a day...teach a man to fish for crappie and get rid of him for the weekend!!!

Man! I aint never had to thaw fish out to clean them before! It must be some more cold up there. Congrats on the limit.

Last few day's the air temps. here been a high of ZERO lows -13 to -18 deg. with wind chills of - 20 to -35+. After a few day's of these temps, +25 deg. feels like +50-60 deg..:D
