Default Truman 12/29 Below the Dam

Too cold this am, so waited until 11 am to go, met up with Kaz...Ed whimped out..... and went below the dam, couldn't put in at the dead water ramp, froze up, so unloaded at warsaw city ramp... First pic is Kaz's first of many fish he caught today, 2nd pic is of another of Kaz's fine performance today, he had the first, and by far the most, but he was hot today, carp, gar, white bass, then he got on a crappie roll, I was what you might call the boat bitc- today, raising the livewell lid, grabbing the second pole of his cause he had two gar on each pole at one time.... He put us into a nest of'em.... Now to the better part.....Crappie weren't real big about 11" was big but good eater's, think Kaz kept 12 or so, and we threw back another 20 or so keeper size, and 3 limits of nojoes...... those gar are good for nothing but losing jigs and breaking tackle... think I had the biggest gar..... ain't that just great... lot of fun and got to get out, very light wind, so not so bad of day.......14' down and crappie everywhere there wasn't a bunch of GAR.....

Glad to see that you all got after a few. I was sent home from work today just in case it snows I can come in tonight. Won't get to go again till after I get back from California.
