    Default Trade rain for snow

We have snow here this morning. We have the ground covered now and to end up with 1-6 inches before it is done tonight. Nasty site having snow on the boat cover.

Default I'll trade snow for wind......

I can fish in the snow, but I'll let you have the western Oklahoma wind. Today it's 27 mph with gust to 44.
I'd just about trade any weather for the wind. It makes you just want to stay inside.

I would take anything over wind, wind just flat sucks to fish in.

We have the wind too, it is gusting to 40MPH and is suppose to pickup to 50 MPH later this evening. The snow is coming sideways now. Just heard a noise and looked out and my neighbors tree branch broke off in the wind and hit my truck. the power just came back on. It was out for 2 hours this afternoon. It sounded like hail was hitting the house but was the wind blowing the snow so hard.

Default Supposed to let up tonight

Only supposed to blow 5-10 wednesday, so I may salvage a day at the lake. I'll have to use jigs, since the only bait house open this time of year is closed untill friday.

I wish I had some of the lakes they have in the eastern part of the state. They do have coves and sheltered boat ramps. AND bait shops that stay open year round.
