If you're looking for full blown custom mold, you'll have to get a blank from either Do-it or Hilts, take your specs and blank mold to your local machine shop. One note from experience - make sure your dimensions are exactly what you want, once the mold is cut you're stuck with it. Don't forget your relief channels either.
