Update on Jeramy

First off I want to apoligize for not posting sooner. My boat schedual has changed, Deer season had me tied up, and since Mama died I haven't been very motivated (that's fix'n to change!).

I got with Cane Pole on my way back from a management hunt in Waverly, Tn. and picked up some stuff that some of you folks and Cane Pole had sent to Jeramy. Man you folks have come thru. I believe between what yall have sent him, what I've given him, and what Santa's got for him, he's bout set for crappie fish'n. He's recieved rods, reels, jigs, hooks tackle box, line, hunting cloths, hats, gloves, a trolling motor, a depthfinder, etc... I guarantee you all he appreciates everything yall have done for him.

If you'll remember from a previous post we were having problems sighting in his 30-30 for deer season. Found out what the problem was. Bent barrel. Seems his uncle flipped a 4 wheeler and the gun took a good lick. I talked to gunsmith and he's trying to straighten the barrel. If that doesn't work I'm gonna pump up for a new barrel, if I can find 1. Normally it wouldn't be worth it but his grandfather left it to him and I know if it were me I'd want it fixed.

I'm on the boat right now but I'm get'n off on the 20th and he and I are gonna start fix'n up the little boat his grandfather left him. He spent Thanksgiving with us and he's gonna spend Christmas with us also. Gonna be great. I'll post pictures and keep yall up to date on my little buddy.
