If your motor has the AutoPilot and you are going to replace it with the Ipilot I would like to buy your AP hook up. I have a Terrova with US2 but no Autopilot. Please PM me with your price and phone number. Thanks

I bet if the I-pilot works out, and perform well, there will be a bunch of autopilot for sale before long.

My I-Pilot is on the way. If it works as billed, I might be able to help you. Don't want to let it go until I'm sure, though.

I just bought a Terrova with Auto-pilot brand new yesterday and have an I-pilot on the way. I will sell it as soon as I get the I-Pilot (later the week). What is a good price for a brand new one?

    Thanks,

If the I-pilot is installed in the way I think it is, you don't replace the circuit board, you just replace the top of the head. Current APs are part of the circuit board. How about one of you that have the unit coming let us know how it is installed. I'm sure other inquiring minds would like to know too.

In a Terrova, if an autopilot is present, it is removed when i-Pilot is installed.

Check this link for an installation article with pictures:

Thanks Jason, it appears that the compass and circuit board is removed. Good to know.
