    Default Dead turkey, sad..........

Well, almost. We managed to put away two smoked turkeys on T-Day.

Roybouy smoked the birds and they were delicious. Best turkey I ever had besides my Brenda.:p

Know what your taking about. I smoked 2 turkeys and 4 sides of baby back ribs. Marilyn did 10 Twice baked taters and the trimmings. Man I'm glad we only have Thanksgiving and Christmas 2 times per year. Tender and Juicy..

Yep them birds look like they been picked pretty clean, must been a good time. Now what U need to do is 1/4 those carcasses so they fit in a big pot, add turkey broth or chicken broth, water, some turkey necks, few carrots, couple stalks of celery, bring to boil then simmer a couple 3 hours and U will have some of the best turkey soup ever. Don't forget to throw in some noodles at end, oh yum.

Ya'll picked em clean. Turkey is good eating no matter how it's cook.
It's not the numbers or the size, it's the time spent on the water!

Looks like just enough for a few turkey sandwiches.
