    Default Turkey frying

Gonna fry another bird tomorrow. It is the first time the wife is gonna let me subject guests to a fried bird. Bought a injector today at BPS. Gonna inject it with garlic herb...should be pretty tasty.
Remember "I" before "E," except in Budweiser

The garlic herb is a good one that is what I am going to use in the morning to smoke our bird. Should be ready about half time of the first game.

For future ideas, I use 7 up as my injection of joice. It carmalizes in the heat and make the bird juicy and sweet. I have been trying everything for the last 10 years and always go back to that... Just my 2 pennies.
It's not duck season so I have to do something... :D
