    Anyone use these? hatcams.com
    do they work and are they worth the investment?

    It seems like it would be easy to make your own. And, I would bet you could find the camcorders cheaper. My guess would be that there would be too much movement with your head moving which would make the video quality poor.

    There are other camcorders that are availible that could easily be mounted on a hat.

    Interesting concept...

    I would DEFINITELY have something attached to the hat just in case it fell off. And one would have to practice a lot to know exactly where to position their head for the most effective shot.

    What would be really nifty is to have a cam built onto some polarized sunglasses!!

    This is like the action cams on Skiers, Motocross riders, etc... a lipstic cam mouned on a headband or helmet with either an internal memory DVR or a belt pack style DVR.

    There is even a sunglasses spycam that gives the viewer the wearers POV.

    I used one this turkey season and was impressed. Now its nothing professional, but it's recorded in 720i.
