Got these today @ Pleasant Hill lake, in central Ohio. Caught them on1/32 oz jig heads tipped with crawlers and worms. The biggest was 13" all others were 9" or better. I think that was our last trip of the season till the water here gets hard.

Went fishing and came back empty handed today, looks like everything is in the deep waters now, nothing from the shore

Thinking of trying from the bridge. People tell me that now that it's colder the fish are in deeper water, from the shore doesn't work as well. I have no idea, it's my first season fishing :o

Very nice mess of fish. What are those three on the left with the stripes going up and down? Never seen those before. Hate to hear that might be your last fishing trip of the year. Bummer!

majflyboy, those fish you are inquiring about are yellow perch. Very tasty!
