    Default Boat's week off


    All, took a much needed week off from work. The fall bite is in full swing and I spent some quality time with friends and family on my favorite lake.t Sunday afternoon in the rian/wind I caught 14 nice 9-11 fish, Tuesday a couple coworkers and I kept 50 of the same size plus a couple 12" and Thursday my dad and I caught 32 keeping 24. I landed a 14" fish, and he succesfully outfished me by numbers. Dad and I had not fished together for YEARS!! We had a great time.Here are some pics.

    The other thing I enjoyed was figuring out the different patterns the fish were holding in each day. Sunday I had to jig around the structure, Tuesday we had to drift or troll (1st picture) Thursday dad and I had to use bobbers and chase the schools around (second picture) Great fun!!
