Pa, I'd take a look at the weather forecast, If I was you. A very nice man on here advised me once, about the "wind". I missed his advice. Friday, There saying 19 to 22 mph winds with possible gust to 30 mph. I was looking at this weekend also. Think I'll wait. Thanks Again, Mr. OSS.

The wind can certainly ruin a fishing trip. There are places you can get out of the wind but you do have to get to them and get back after fishing. Cedar Creek is holding a lot of fish right now and there are coves and cuts in there where you can get out of the wind and catch fish. Good luck if you decide to go. I am planning on being down there Sunday morning.

Default Worse case if its windy

I would try, we call it angle cove the first big cove right down from bucksaw, and fish a lot of 12 to 20' stuff about 10' down, then you don't have far to get back to ramp........ I won't even get out in what they are calling for....good luck if you go......... white/chart jig.........

at bucksaw I would just fish over at the marnia, a lot of nice fish being caught around the boat wells...... heard of a 15" a couple days ago.....at least you would be out of the bad wind in a boat.........:Dand by the way..... WELCOME to the board........
