The Dr Made A House Call And...........

Mr Crappie was home and hungry. Jim (drfish) and I fished out of Bucksaw this morning. We went upriver and found fish just where everyone left them this past weekend and yesterday. The bite was good but the wind made it very difficult. Some very nice fish were caught. Jim said they were the biggest crappie he has caught all year! Always a great time fishing with a quality friend like Jim. Thanks, Jim, for a great morning of fishing and fellowship.

I'm thinking he wants a few quality places to take Speck when he comes up in a couple of weeks. Same places with less wind does not equate to "same places"........if you know what I mean? When you going?

he is taking speck....... not sure when that is....... wind had to have been a real factor today...... couldn't even make headway with my leave blower.... I was hoping to stay a little closer to BS but will have to wait on the Crappie and see what's on there mind...... I kinda want to get out again tomorrow but don't know yet...... like to stay on some pigs while they are hungry.......

Way to go gents. A day fishing in the wind is still better than a day working out of the wind. (pretty easy guess which one I did today).
