    Default El Capitan

like i said doing a weekend run down to
the lake, met up with Maurice from San Diego
area, that is one of the crappie pros from
that region... anyways there was a bass
tourney going on about forty bass boats
on the water with their lights on, still
dark,,, did the launch thing and off we went
up to the north end... five minutes into
the slow troll first fish on about 1 3/4
fish!!,, slow pickings all morning then when
the sun comes over the mountains bite
slows way down.. we ended up with seven
fish with larges at 2.1 pounds.. that i stuck!!!

the bites only going to get better as the fall bite
    procedes....

thnx for reading the post from the california area

    congrats on a nice catch
It's not the numbers or the size, it's the time spent on the water!
