Nice respectable looking Buck you scored on, way to go! I do a lot of Black Powder and Bow hunting and its a great and exciting way to hunt, definitely more challanging! Whats your set up/load? What sorta perfromance did it give you other than enough to successfully put him down?

Thank you guys for the congrats. The day before ml season started,I missed another nine pointer with the bow. Don't know if the one I killed was the same deer or not. Boy I telled you after missing the bow shot, felt bad. I said to myself I can feel sorry for myself and quit or get back out there after them. The next day tooked the nine with the ml.

LunaticFringeInc I used a 50 cal CVA Kodiac, shooting 245 powerbelts with 100 grains of triple seven this would be the pellets. There has been a few deer I have taken with the set up,most time the deer drops in their tracks this one ran may 25 to 30 yards.:D
