Need ideas from crappie crankbaiters

i know crankbait colors have been discussed before but this time what if you could create your own special color what would it be. i have come across a bunch of crappie size crankbaits that i am refurbishing. i can paint any pattern
that bait companies don't have. what would be your special crappie color?
example; top? sides? bottom? eyes , ect.

thanks for any ideas you have.

if i can learn to post pics i'll put some up when finished. might be awhile as there is a lot of prep work to do.

powder blue sides and top, fading into a white belly, with red eyes.
black top, red sides, fading into an orange belly, red eyes, and a chartreuse spot on the throat.

Black back...root beer colored sides fading into a yellow belly.....small red spot on throat.

make it look like a minnow and add red where the gills are located. Give it the impression the gills are flared and you can see the red, simulating a dieing fish. I want a dozen to start with. :D
