It can stop raining any time now. Home made chicken and noodle soup & sweet potatoe pie for supper. Seems like a good soup day. This rain is going to mess up all the fishing for a while.

This rain will help the fishing, wash a lot of food in for the bait fish, and bam good fishing to follow,

TRUE AND THE SOUTH MASTER (MR BEAGLE) (NORTH MASTER IS MR OSS) ARE ALWAYS CORRECT! I HAVE LEARNED TO RESPECT MY ELDERS! BUT ALL THIS RAIN WILL ALSO WASH IN LOTS OF NICE BIG LOGS INTO PLACES THAT THEY HAVE NOT BEEN BEFORE. SO LOTS OF LOWER UNITS AND PROPS WILL NEED TO BE REPAIRED! SO LOOKS LIKE IF THE TEMPS HOLD UP THE BOAT REPAIR GUYS ARE GOING TO HAVE A GREAT CHRISTMAS!

Agreed, its a temporary hurdle but fishing is better off in the long run. Take this any time over below normal lake levels and sparse rainfall, seen many years of that on Table Rock, Bull, etc. and this is the better of two choices.
