Default The lazy way to paint your boat

Stumbled on this while browsing craigslist.

Say you've got a boat you want to use for duck hunting. But it's the wrong color. Duck boats should be camouflaged, right? And that outboard jet just sticks out like a sore thumb. No problem! Just do like this guy and use a few cans of brown spray paint:

16.5' Grumman Aluminum Boat w/75hp Jet Pump

Easiest paint job ever! No need to mask anything or use primer. Just spray paint the whole darn thing. Never mind about the wiring, hoses, terminals, mounting bracket, or anything else, just paint over those too!

What do you bet if this thing had a propeller outboard instead of a jet, they would have painted the prop as well?
    Don't worry, catch crappie.

Looks good to me. If I didn't think I might want to sell my motor/controls before long I would have done the same. It doesn't have anything to do with whether duckhunters are lazy or not. It's what they do. :D

Paint's fine for a old duck boat, but those pink seats just wouldn't cut it for me.

Last thing you want on a hunting boat is shiny stuff. Reflections other than water are not natural.
