Met Kaz at 10 am this morning and worked our way down to the power lines and most of the good fish came from 10' fow, white/chart then some on blue/white finally...... Kept enough for a nice mess but had one good limit and 7 tour. fish, but released 3 of the tour. fish unharmed and immeditaley.... if today was 5 10 mph NE wind, i would sure hate see what they call 15 mph..... That Ranger boat rode like a dream and I never got one drop of water in my face coming in..... Thanks Kaz for a nice day and a lot of fish...... :D

Good job gents. Glad to see the bite is still good up that way. I'm coming up Sunday with Sue's brother in his boat & he's never been on Truman or crappie fished the way we do. Should be fun. We will be in a blue /white Charger with a 250 Etec. He's going to let me run the boat. Hope I can get his eyes to get real big:eek:
Frosty I bet that Rangers for sale:D
Was the Wh/chart the best?

Nice fish guys! Nice boat Kaz!

Boat is already sold, and yes white/chart was a pinch better than blue/white, but white/chart had first shot at tree....... still sticking with blue/white and orange head.........:D going down today and move those trees back a little so I can reach them with my 10' er......:D

This requires an explanation. Had him at a disadvantage; front of the boat, longer rod, etc. And what we thought was a distinct pattern in the fish being more aggressive on the upwind side of the tree which I got to first moving into the wind. If there was an edge to white / chart that's the reason,,,first come, first serve. The blue / white would have done the same thing if it was first drop. And I have a butt kickin, front endin', show you no mercy whippin' coming next time we are in the SS Silversides. Thanks again Monty, always learn something every time am on the water with any of you guys.

I just new there had to be a perfectly good explanation to the wh/chart over bl/wh. I dont have enough ch/wh to out do the blue/wh.

Nice fish, guys. I hope to get back on the water next week myself. Save a few of those for me, Steve.
