Planning a little trip to Cookeville, TN the end of Sept. to check out Tn. Tech. Any good crappie fishing in that area?

dale hollow and center hill is not to far from cookeville
Dale being the smallmouth factory, and Center Hill has a little of everything. Look for Smithville, real close to the lake. The 3 lakes the club fishes are about an hour and a little from cookeville. If'n you want to try them a little, stay in touch. I work during the week but someone's out there most of the time. We could steer you in the right direction. Good time of year for the crappie.
Creativity is just intelligence fooling around
Reading articles about crappie on Dale Hollow indicate that the fish are large and are deep. Very clear lake and the productive spots are on points with weeds. Be very careful as you might hook one of those brown fishes.

Dale Hollow has some fantastic crappie fishing. I will be up there the 10 th of next month fishing. I will be staying outside of Byrdstown at Gunnels Camp. I will be fishing with my friend Dennis Bowers who is a Crappie.com member and also a Dalle Hollow Crappie Guide. Home Page
