Default Todays 4hr. Fishing Trip. 8-24-2009

The picture shows a Bluegill and the rest are Crappie. There are 56 crappie in this ice chest. We gave away 31 crappie to a rancher friend. We threw back 20 crappie that were to small to keep. I was anchored in thirty foot of water. The fish were at 9ft level. Red & white crappie tube and black & chartruse was the other color.

Location, Idaho Snake River. Back waters of CJ Strike. All fish we kept, the average size was 10in. We had a couple fish 10 1/2". I never use minnows its against the law here in Idaho. Crappie tubes only.
