    Default Tree Rats

My youngest son, Jordan, and I both killed limits of squirrels on Saturday morning, nice cool morning to be in the woods.

duc hntr - That pic of your boy brings back a lot of fond memories. I killed my first squirrel with a .410 single barrel back in 1950 and have been hunting them ever since. I started my boy out on squirrels when he was ten and my grandson when he was eight. My grandson is now a senior in college and we last hunted his senior year in high school. I sure do miss those days. My grandson and I never missed opening day in ten years. Hope I live long enough to get a great grandson introduced to the sport.

That is a nice limit of squirrels, i'd rather hunt limb rats than any kind of game out there.

Man y'all got my blood boiling. It's been years since I've hunted them little rascals. That's the best hunting and eating a man could want. The only reason I stopped hunting them is the limited hunting space down here. The hurricanes have torn up and destroyed all of my hunting spots. Any good land left is all leased and posted. I sure do miss those days, they're only memories now.
