He claims it's gonna make a perfect Crappie boat, but it sorta says Duck boat to me, cause pretty much the whole time he was bent over running that angle grinder it was nothing but quack. Bwahahahaha.

the decks turned out pretty good. However, Bigger is many things, but he's not Mr. Organization.

So, to recap. The project list stands at:
1) Stripped all linoleum.
2) Acetoned paint and glue on the front deck.
3) Sanded front and back decks
4) Herculiner on front and back decks.
5) Installed Trolling motor
6) Installed front and rear Lowrance Units
7) Intalled 3 batts.
8) Temp installed side rod holders
9) Said, to heck with it, that'll do for now and went fishing.
Project punch list:
1) Wire up Trolling Motor
2) Do final installs for rod holders front, side and rear.
3) Install 2 additional front pedestals and seats.
4) Strip and herculine the floor
5) Clean up the wiring under the console and reinstall cover.
6) Sell boat and repeat.

One last passing thought. That Polar Kraft is put together right. Welds to make a Nasa installer blush and the entire front deck is backed with 1/2" Delrin. When you install something on it, you'd have to take a 2 lb hammer to knock it loose.
