Conditions will be tough for sure. Add muddy water and they will be releasing plenty of water. Good luck fellers we will need it. Lee

With the flooding that the Platte River is having, I doubt they will release any water this week. This should keep the lower lake from getting muddy. I wouldn't venture too far above Trimble on Sat. Now the cold fronts might have an effect. It could be tough fishing, but fair weather after three days of storms might just turn them on! Finding the right depth they are using will be key. The fish may move way up in the water column and only be about five feet below the surface. Time and tube jigs will tell!

Just checked the lake level and it has jumped two feet! Ok so maybe the lower lake will be more stained!

Drove by the lake this evening... lots of floating limbs etc close to the dam... and a telephone pole sized log close to the hwy E bridge. (Wondering what I DIDN'T see?)
