    Typically to be near the top on Pomme you need to average fish weighing about a pound. You can look back through some old post and see the weights and sometimes tournaments following fronts or high water will not be nearly as heavy. However that is true for any lake. We did have a few night tournaments this year in which the morning bite would be great with nice fish but the evening bite wasn't nearly as good, don't know what was going on.
