Default Proof that we have big crappie in SEMO

I caught this one out of Wappapello Lake in Southeast Missouri today. The biggest crappie I have ever taken from that lake. Got him on an 11' Outlaw jig pole with 6# Mr. Crappie line, using a whitea/chartruce Slider jig. Sure did get some funny looks at the boat ramp showing off my prize crappie. He weighed 13 1/2 pounds by my digital scale. i guess some people don't like to be showed up by a superior crappie angler!

Looks like the size you were fishing for...from the looks of those big ORANGE bobbers over your right shoulder...should I say, knee. Never seen such big uns.

I think I said that when I was out last night...might be why my jaw is sore.
