Default Great looking & Feeling New Custom Rod I just got

I had no idea this rod was going to be as great looking as it is and man what a great feel it has. It is 7.75' long and has a wood handle with a beautiful finish. All the eye wraps are perfect. Not sure I ever had a crappie rod I like as much as this one. Now can't wait to catch a crappie with it.

Oh and made by one of our members here with Cherokee Rod Company.

Great looking work, but one question. Does the wooden handle make the rod heavy? I had a few old catfish rods with wooden handles and they weighed a ton.

No it doesn't seem heavy at all, but I hope to get to try it out this weekend, but not sure if I will get the chance.
