    Default Fish pic for Crappieken

CK; you said on the La forum that you like to see pics of fish 14' and over, so I scanned this pic of my daughter with a 17" crappie she caught 3yrs ago when she was 8 yrs old. I only had a set of "De-lair" scales and they said 2lbs, but I'm not sure if that was right. Hope you enjoy (I know that she and I do!).

    Default Was you there?

Your title on your reply was exactly what I heard from the back of the boat! First from my daughter and then by my wife. It was amazing! :D :D

    Default Every time she goes!

She tries every chance she gets, but with pep squad for ball games, all kinds of sleepovers, birthday parties, and all the little girl things, she doesn't have much time. My wife would love to match it also, but she's in college trying to be a RN. For both of them it's a matter of choices, but they'll come around! :D

Mo - Thanks for the opportunity to see what a 17 inch slab looks llike. Looks like you have a very cute fishergal there. Tell her I been chasing crappie for 55 years and the best I could do was two 15 inchers.

    Default Couldn't be better!

That was way better than me catching it!! I've caught several that outweighed that one, but never one that long. I was hoping you would enjoy this. When I scanned it, I couldn't get it any bigger than that. Sorry.
