Need some help

Fishings over for me this weekend. Been fishing a 35 acre reservoir that is a duckhunting club, well huntin' seasons here so no more fishing. Been slow on the crappies but we have a front comming in. Have to fish from the dam. Has shallow water flats on either side and I can get to 20 feet deep, in the center of the dam, about 6 feet from the bank. No structure, weed line is about 3 feet out. No shad or baitfish, other than bass and crappie fry. Lots and lots and lots of fish from 14 to 16 inches. Were are they going to be? I love rapalas. Thanks Dave
