is there someone on the board that sells hi-tek rod holders? or is the owner on here?

Scott Echols, the owner of Hi-Tek is on here.

You can google "Hi-Tek rod holders" and get to his website which also has his phone # I believe. If not you can search Hi-Tek on this site, and some of the threads have his#.
