    Wow Rick, Did not know you had muskie in your waters. Those 2/0 should do some damage on those canadian fish

    hey doc, actually a decent sized crappie will have ZERO problems with a 2/0 hook. They arn't that big actually. If you look at the spinner blade as compared to the hook and then know those are the smallest blades they make (well almost it's a #1 blade) it's really not very big. These are made for SLABS and not those dinks.

    hell . i use 1/0 crappie hooks to bluegill fish so i dont have to mess with all them dinks. crappie will have no problem with a 2/0

    there are a lot of people use 2/0 and even 3/0

    gold aberdeen hooks when minnow fishing.
