    Exclamation S L O W Yesterday

Things were pretty slow here. Fished about 3.5 hrs. and only caught 14 total.Of these only had 7 keepers[10" min.]! These are 2 of the bigger ones.I fished attractors ,laydowns, and pvc attractors-all about the same. Was pretty windy had a cold front coming in-sure figured it would turn the crappie on!!!Thats the great thing about Crappie fishing-when ya think you"ve got em figured out, they show you you dont!!!Keeps it real challenging and rewarding!!!Hope ya all get full livewells!!

I caught plenty of fish yesterday but only 2 keepers. I know we had a good spawn here. I am catching the smallest crappie in the world now. So many little guys2"-3"-4". I get shad bigger than some of them. I hate when the little guys swallow. Dead crappie. Now that is a bummer. Do you ever feel guilty? I do. Even so I'd rather catch the little ones than none at all. Makes the bigguns look that much bigger.

    Tightlines to ya!

I went fishing Tuesday and had pretty good luck until a front moved thru and it shut them off. I fished another 2 hours and only caught 1 that was about 12 inches. Ended up with 8 very nice sized ones and 1 Bluegill and 1 Bullhead. 11 inch was the smallest that we caught.

    Default Someday will come!

If ya'll keep on telling about catching these dern fish, I'm gonna have to get off my honey-do list and GO. Oh well, if I don't get this OLD freezer thawed out and defrosted, then I wouldn't have anywhere to put the fish anyway, except on a plate! Good looking fish Dennis and I'm glad you all are catching some.

I'll second that! If I could somehow
guarantee that many every trip, I'd take it. I've fished lots of times for
2 or 3 - or none if you count the Teezur - but I'm not going to talk about
    that anymore :D

Dennis..I love your attitude. Most guys have what they call an off day fishing and complain...you laugh and call it a challenge...LOL.
