Stainless Steel Prop
Was in the repairing and selling them for 18 years, one of the better investments you will make for longetivity of your boat, I would stay with the size you have and you will pick up just a tad on the upper end, the stainless will have less flex to the blades and like you say much tougher by about 20 times stronger..... They will be a little expensive but brand in not a big issue, shop around a little and you could save some rather than pick the first one you see......... save the alum. prop for a spare because you can still spin the center out once in a while........ just had a new center put in mine a year ago, $35 for new center not bad after 14 years running that prop......
