    Default Bucksaw and Up 8/2

Well I handicaped myself today........ took crazy Ed with me....... Had a little fog at first so stopped off in front of Jackson to wait on the fog and had 12 nice fish in an hour, fog lifted and headed on up hit spot #2 and by then we had 18 keepers and was keeping 15 for someone if he showed up.... Hit pretty bob and nailed one good one visited and talked to Bob and his girlfriend....then headed on up and hit hays a couple then on up and a few more...... we ended up with at least 32 nice keepers and threw back a couple of nice tourn... fish....1.4 maybe 1.3 and at least a half dozen pound fish...... I would say the deeper water on the edges was the faster bite, but pigs were a little shallower....... blue/white and Ed was using an old piece of rug........took a couple pics...... didn't have my wide angle lens to get ed into it........ nice day... He is still suffering from FORDIEST....

    Sounds like a nice day.

What you getting too old to run the trolling motor on your own boat??
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, rather to skid in sideways, body used up and totally worn out screaming 'WOO~HOO what a ride!'

Sounds like a good day even for having to put up with Ed. Did he get you home by nap time? Either way I bet he gave you crap about it.

You two looked like you were having a ball to me. We wound up with 15, all over 11 inches. Caught more but didn't want or need em. Was good to see you. Also saw Steve (Kazualobserver) and Brian (Buckwheat 1).

SHHHHHHHHHH!!! Keep the "girlfriend" comments down to a whisper.

I must have just missed all you pro's. I fished the same area Saturday evening with my wife and daughter (warmin up for the couples tourn..lol) and then alone on Sunday morning. Caught the larger ones (largest was 15.5 1.8 lbs) near the power lines Sat evening, left early on Sunday but kept 8. Caught some on minnow, rest on orange/chart.
