Default Break Away Tongue on Boat Trailer

    I need some input fellas.

If a boat trailer does not have a break away tongue do any of you see a problem with putting one on it.

Problem is my garage is only 22' 10"s deep and and can't fit many larger boats in it. So I was thinking about possibly being able to put a break away tongue on a trailer that is not originally outfitted with one on it.

    What do you guys think?

    Thanks,

    Chris W

Sounds like a good excuse to build a new shop that will accomadate your boat or even a new bigger boat. I would say it could be done but may be expensive.

Yep, wanting a new bigger boat.

Expensive of it being done is not as a big of deal as actually if it okay to do it. I know several pretty good welders. Of course one of them can't do it anymore.

Default Order you a new boat

but that thing up front they call a trolling motor, I wouldn't order one, you don't know how to run it, but then again it would be good way for Sam to get a ride.................
