Trim er down a little, and you wont throw water everywhere.
The new boat is working out very well for me. It definitely has it's own personality. Like this picture shows, it keeps throwing water everywhere. Never had one do this before. Daughter took the pic, good job Jessie.

And if that doesn't work, check your shaft length. You might be running one to short for your boat and it's not getting down deep enough in the water.
Thanks guys, but I was foolin around. Last boat was a 16' aluminum with a 25 hp and I stepped up to a Bumble Bee with the 150 in the pic. Runs great, just never had anything that would throw a rooster tail before. Daughter was quite thrilled with it on her first ride, hence the picture.

Big motors tend to have a nice rooster tail when running and trimmed. Not a bad thing unless you are over trimming, but you should know that if it's happening because the boat will porpoise (bounce) on you. If it's not doing that then you are just throwing a rooster tail and many bass boats will do that.
If it's not coming in the boat I wouldn't worry too much.
