    Default southern pro stingers


    what do yall think of southern pro stingers
    i seem to catch all my crappie on these
    red-white btail
    blue-white tail
    yellow-white tail
    i have tried many things, but these have always seemed to work the best
    lookin for opinions

    Can't argue with success. I carry lots of styles and colors, and play the "color game" with the fish sometimes. At times they hit almost anything, other times a color change will get a fish or 2 after the bite has slowed. If nothing else it gives you something to do, and you might discover a secret weapon you didn't know about. Tight lines.....

    I've never tried the stingers, but the Southern Pro Tiny Tail also works well under a slip bobber. Tipping with a crappie nibble works even better.

    But then again I sort of like my own jigs for shooting also.

    They are a good bait and have their purpose. It would not huurt to have a few on hand when you go fishing.

    Love 'em. The color I use most is black/chartreuse or white/chartreuse in the 1.5" styles. I really like the 2" crappie stingers. They come in the same colors as hot grubs and have the grub type bodies with the ribs on 'em. Popcicle or June Bug/Chartreuse are my favorites in those.
