    Thumbs up B'n'M Pole Company

Last march I bought 9 new B'n'M poles, and I had 2 that broke and was whinning about that here on cc.com.
Today the President and CEO Mr. Jack Wells emailed me stating he was sending me 2 new poles, PLUS 2 new tips for my broken poles.
I never ask for them, as a matter of fact, I didn't contact B'n'M because, I thought I would just get the old run a around deal.
What a supprise I got...wow, you talk about customer service.
I'm 63 years old and I've never had this kind of customer service before in my life. This tells ya what a great company B'n'M is, and what a great President
and CEO Mr. Jack Wells is.
B'n'M didn't have to do this, but Mr.Wells did it because B'n'M is a customer
friendly company, I don't think any other pole company would have done this.
I'll always be a B'n'M Pole man now, what more could a crappie addict ask for????????.
Thank You Mr. Jack and B'n'M..............crappie cowboy

That is great news. I just received my B-n-M poles today for winning the poetry contest here. I am in awe at the flexibility and sensitiivity of these puppies. I can't wait to try them. Again, thank all of you on crappie.com and especially you Ed, for such a wonderful prize. God bless all of you.

    Default Good to know.

I haven't had any issues w/ my BnM's yet and hope not to, but it's good to know what kind of company is backing them. Thanks for the posts.

I've had great satisfaction with Jack and company. He went above and beyond for me also. Very rare these days and much appreciated. He made me a customer for life as well.

What a breath of fresh air!!!

I've been in the market for a couple of 10-footers and believe I'll give B'n'M a try.

    It is a 10 footer. http://www.bnmpoles.com/p-41-sam-heaton ... itive.aspx

I took the stock number and looked it up. I also measured it. Man does this feel great with a reel on it. I'll practice casting this evening. I use a small cigar type float loaded with two bb's that I make. I got that idea from a thread on this forum.
