    Default I hate waiting....

Here it is Friday. I am sitting here waiting on UPS to deliver my sonar before I head to the lake. Guess I will wear the carpet out a little more. Everyone have a good weekend.

I hate waiting on things I buy that are being shipped. I pay for next day air. Like a dummy, I can't wait.

Me too, Canepole :D I'm waiting impatiently for two more 14' B&M's.
And to make it worse, after they come in, I'll probably have to go down
to the post office and pick 'em up - I guess the mailman is too lazy to get
out of the car and come to the door. I usually get a little note in the box
saying they tried to deliver and missed me - I'm usually here from dark to
dark, so I ain't buying that story!

    Hey Canepole,

Did the new sonar come in? I know you were looking forward to getting it on the boat and testing it out.
One day, I'll have me some of those fancy jiggermathingies and be able to catch me some fish too!
Let us know how it does.

I just today recieved my Eagle FishStrike 1000. It's a beauty and will replace a Garmin 240 on the console. I got it mostly hooked up but I need some silicone to seal some screws and tie some wires up with plastic ties to tidy things up a bit but I should be in business tomorrow. I can hardly wait to start marking those brush piles.

I hate waiting too Tom. I am waiting to get off this rig and get home, to my little Black running buddie and shoot some teal. JUst talked to a guy on the puter. Says it's the best crop that we have had in years. And I am being delayed by rock doctors!

    Yeah,

My GPS unit came in on Friday. I am still waiting on the trolling motor transducer and an additional bracket. I order all three from different places at the same time. I placed the order about 7 AM on Thursday morning and paid extra for the 2nd day air delivery. The transducer will be here on Monday (tommorrow) and the bracket will not be here until Tuesday. I sent them an email complaining about the delivery, but they aren't going to do anything. I can see the Monday delivery, but the Tuesday just rubbs me the wrong way. Hell, UPS ground is 3-5 days. I paid more in shipping than I did for the bracket. If I didin't need it sooner I wouldn't have paid the extra money. I hate to rant on, but I need to vent. I will be steering clear of USACproshop.net. Especially on things that I need in a timely manner.

My new poles came in today, and the mailman came in and handed them
to me at my workbench - makes me wonder if some of them read Crappie.com. - (look back at my first post) :o Now I've got to get
busy building a spider-rigging set-up, and spooling up some line and getting
stuff rigged up. Lot of work, this fishing stuff! :D
