    Default double bad luck

Stupid window a.c. took a dump on the hottest/humidiest day so far.Was pulling it out to replace with a spare.Guess I got a little hot and frustrated and rushed the job.Took about 4 steps and wham.Forgot to unplug it from the wall.At least it didn't hit my feet.Arm and wrist pretty sore this morning,no casting for a few days.Think I'll stay in the a.c. and build up my strength with some 12 oz. curls.

    That sucks.
Life should NOT be a journey to the grave arriving safely in an attractive and well preserved body, rather to skid in sideways, body used up and totally worn out screaming 'WOO~HOO what a ride!'
