    Default Some michigan blacks (pics)


    Have the week off, so wife and I went camping for a couple of days over at Gun lake south of Grand Rapids. Monday was a hot one on the water and we didn't do very good during the mid day heat.

    Later that evening we got back out and found them in the same area and depth of water, but this time they wanted to play. Couple on live minnows, a few on sliders, and the rest on black nosed red tube body on 1/32 chart jighead tipped w/ nibble. Nothing in the trophy range, but all good eaters.





    Most were females w/ eggs that were not gonna happen this year.
